Meet Tiina
Throughout my career, one question has guided my work:
Why do some leaders help people grow, while others create fear, exhaustion or disengagement?
That question led me to research leadership and personality, teach at university and work directly with leaders, teams and organisations.
Today, I combine academic knowledge with practical coaching to create development that is both deeply human and genuinely effective.
